Tried to contact this company twice over 4 days even leaving a message and contact number. No one picks up or gets back to you
Took mini for a sensor change , cutting out . Took it upon themselves to carry out a DPF regen , badly , which in turn blew the turbo . Did nothing in any way to rectify damage done or own up to it .
My daughter’s exhaust broke today, which was a Sunday. She has her driving test soon so we needed it fixed. We called Clyde and he wasn’t working but kindly opened the garage and asked me to bring my car in. The exhaust had totally come away and we thought a new one was needed. Clyde asked me to leave the car with him and called me about 3 hours later to say he had rebuilt it all for me. I could t believe it. He went totally out of his way to help and would highly recommend him. Thanks, Clyde. Really appreciated.
Took my Minis there for a few years, friendly service and seemed to know Minis inside out. However I was shocked to be billed for a new pollen filter, only to discover I still had the old one. They also told me I needed new brake pads for my MOT, which was not the case. I don't like to think I have been getting intentionally ripped off. Generally very expensive, I had to go elsewhere in order to afford to keep my car on the road!
