I placed prescription 8/5/24. The online message said, “it’s too early to place the order, you’re in the cue.” After two weeks I called and front pharmacy desk said talk to the “techs” which I did. They said if the order is too early it does not get ordered. Message is confusing. Is it in the cue for mailing? It sounded like it was.
