Such a rude woman. I took my poodle to get an overall trim and style and she absolutely butchered my poodles coat. Patches of hair missing, uneven lengths throughout. Then when I said something to her she told me simply "oh well" laughed and hung up the phone. Rude, unprofessional, would not recommend.
