My fiancee had an appointment for an oil change one morning, they kept the SUV overnight which is already weird in itself. He had to call himself to check if it was done, they said it was (still parked in the exact same spot, nothing at all moved) yet the rig still said the oil had to be changed.. huh. Booked an appointment with Corner Brook tire for a wheel alignment. They called me the next morning claiming I needed both front control arms and rear trailing arms bushings. Quoted over $1000 in repairs before the wheel alignment could be done. I sent my boyfriend to pick up the keys the reiterated the issues and handed him MAZDA keys.
