Ever since the closure of Bull Demon King, this is my go to for beef noodle soup. It’s getting harder to find Taiwan style beef noodle soup. This place is delicious.
soup for beef noodles are too dark like soy sauce. Too salty, especially for senior. Slicing is too thick for beef, sausages and beef strips. Not tasteful for the flavor.
