Recently needed assistance with knee scooter. Shawna went above and Beyond when the knee scooter was not a good option for our situation. We returned the knee scooter and rented a transporter instead and purchased a commode. She was gracious with the swapping of items and very helpful explaining the use and the options on the transporter. And she did it all with a smile Thank you Shawna for yiur assistance. Steve C
We were so happy yo find Access Medical Equipment Renton. Shawna was very helpful and sweet. Took tbr time tk show me all the equipment they have. I was impressed how many walkers and wheelchairs they have on hand. We definitely will be back and recommend this place to anyone looking got equipment to purchase and take home same day availability is impressive.
