Jus called to schedule an appointment because we just moved to NYC and the lady on the phone was so unnecessarily rude. Specifically the upper east side location. Like people are going through something, there is no need to be rude🤦♀️
Staff and physician (Dr. Christine Garcia) will read messages in the portal, but never respond. Nurse gives the wrong leaflets for the type of infusion you've received. Infusion rooms have signs posted everywhere for patients to be quiet, but no one abides and the nurses won't enforce. You'll be taken at least an hour late for your appointment.
