No frills, extended hours, friendly staff, and an open and inviting atmosphere. Not to mention the great location!

I’ve been going to Cornell since 2019 and have had the privilege of training with both Coach Raquel & Coach Michael and from day 1 its been the most positive gym experience I’ve ever had. The culture and community that exists here is rare in the fitness world. Michael and Raquel genuinely care about their clients and it shows. Would highly recommend this facility no matter what phase of your fitness journey you’re in.
I've been at Cornell for over a year and can't recommend the gym enough! Mike and Raquel have created a community at CPA that is hospitable, gritty and growth oriented. If you would rather support a local business than the big commercial gyms (where you are a number) come here. If you want to work toward a stronger you then come here.

The trainers care about more than just your fitness - they care about your life outside the gym too. They teach you skills like meal prep, grocery shopping, and cooking.
