I love this gym! Ive been coming here for a year now. I’ve tried a few different gyms in the past but stopped going because I wasn’t super comfortable. Cornell performance makes you feel right at home. The owners and staff are very inviting and friendly and make you feel very comfortable on your fitness journey. Definitely would recommend someone trying to find the “right” gym to come check this one out.
I’ve been training at Cornell Performance for some time now, and the results speak for themselves. The gym fosters an incredible culture of strength, athleticism, and growth. I am stronger, faster, and more focused. It’s more than just a gym; it’s a community committed to progress. Highly recommend for anyone serious about their fitness journey!
Cornell Performance is an absolute gem!! What I love most is the laser focus I get during my workouts-some days it truly feels like I have my own private gym. It's never overcrowded and the atmosphere is always positive and welcoming with a strong sense of community. My son recently joined as well and raves about it!
