Love this gym. Mike and Raquel are committed not just to providing an excellent environment to crush your fitness goals but a community. This gym has soul.
A welcoming gym where you do not have to be body perfect or have beautiful lycra outfits. Lots of options re types of memberships. I find the classes work well for me and are geared to multiple levels. Going here has changed my life. I am 72. It is never too late to get stronger and more fit.
I’m pretty new to Cornell but already I love this place so much. I always feel comfortable, welcomed and safe, and the owners are really genuinely kind. It feels like a playground because it’s got every piece of equipment you could imagine and it’s never crowded so every time I go I feel like I can try something new just for fun. I’m genuinely so grateful to have come across this place, and I can’t wait to keep going. Highly recommend!
