My son worked with Mike, the gym owner, for nearly two years until recently. As an ambitious football player with aspirations of playing university football, my son benefited greatly from Mike’s expertise. Mike coached him on strength, speed, functional movement, and nutrition. My son loved going to the gym, where he enjoyed the wide range of equipment, the saunas, and the occasional cold plunge. I love this gym! Ive been coming here for a year now. I’ve tried a few different gyms in the past but stopped going because I wasn’t super comfortable. Cornell performance makes you feel right at home. The owners and staff are very inviting and friendly and make you feel very comfortable on your fitness journey. Definitely would recommend someone trying to find the “right” gym to come check this one out.
