Had an appointment booked for the last six months. For a injector pump issue. Thought id call them to check aboit the appointment and when to tow my vehicle to them And they have CLOSED DOWN WITHOUT TELLING THEIR CLIENTS got on the phone with their HR and they LAUGHED AT ME 🤢🤮 disgusting
Called them to schedule a booking to service injectors. Their customer service was appalling. Bad experience for me. Will go elsewhere.
I had an issue with my Landcruiser 200 series took it to 4 mechanics and a diesel mechanic came out to look at it. No one could find the problem. I took the car to Cornell's service department and they were amazing, kept me up to date and saved me heaps of money by giving me options. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. On top of all that they were absolute gentlemen who really knew there stuff. Massive thanks to Cornell Diesel systems
Had my car for 7 weeks, the first 5 weeks when would ring I would either be told some dribble about they were looking at something or on a test drive and would call me back( they never did ). Week 6 someone finally told me they lost the paperwork to my car and were doing the testing that day. Needed new injector and the engine oil pressure light and sensor fixed.
