I had previously given this company a 5 star review. But I need to revise that. The incompetence of this workshop is incredible. 30k km and the engine they fully rebuilt has ejected a rod. The cause? Piston 4 was installed 180 degrees out of rotation. For evidence I have the picture attached. I had other failures prior to this too. Their injectors and pump lasted 20k km and the cause of death was found to be incorrect assembly on both. Very helpful staff, easy to drop off and pick up. Very clean and tidy
Disappointed with this business wasted time, money and miss diagnosis. Charged me $1,200 for a DPF clean, after the clean and paid for, they tell you if light comes back on would need to replace it. Light comes back in 4 hours after they've done the clean. Slap you with $1,600 invoice to replace it. Take it for a drive, vehicle lagging and still having issues. Asked do they check injectors/make sure they weren't the reason for the issue. Pretty much said no they don't all evidence pointed to DPF blocked. I mean surely there ... read more
I'm writing this so I can hopefully move on from what has been a horrible customer service or lack of for better words. I give this review 2 stars to show honesty in my review. Initially cornell was very helpful in fixing my injectors in my 80 series, after another useless mechanic put oversized injectors in (Lakeside Diesel... Dodgy Brothers). The car drove great! Thanks cornell diesel great job! opps wait a minute, the apprentice did not tighten the return line properly and I got diesel run on a day or 2 after. What a show... read more
Was recommended to theses guys for my timing belt and water pump was great communication from start to finish and cost was great too will recommend
