The service man was great and very professional
My A/C died on me last summer but did a quick fix to buy me time, made it thru the winter then 1st reached out to Elite AC which tried to oversell me things I didn't need upwards of $9K. I called Fahrenheit, Sergey was sent to my house for a no cost evaluation. I received the most honest feedback on what I ACTUALLY needed and under $6K later I have cold AC in my house again. The install took less than 3 hours, I'm thoroughly impressed...new handler and condenser.
They arrived a little early and got right to work. The estimated cost was the final cost (no surprise charges).
An amazing team! My first interaction was about a year ago when I needed someone to service my current HVAC so when another issue arose during freezing temperatures I contacted them again and they were here within 24 hrs. It was determined that the HVAC had to be replaced and although it was Friday afternoon, they were able to order a new HVAC and had it delivered and installed the following Monday! I highly recommended Fahrenheit H&A! They go above and beyond for their customers!!
Glad I went with small company. Price was great. But service tech SERGEY and his helper (son) made this install great. Answered every question and was pleasant and friendly. I would give more than 5 star rating if I could.
