If I could leave 0 stars I would. He just likes scamming people out of their money. Rents out bad lots and blames you for the damages that were already there just to keep your money. Don't bother replying to my comment with lies, i will post text and emails.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I'm not sure how this man is in business with his unprofessional attitude and lack of education when it comes to basic Contracts. Bought a residential property from him, he represented himself as the seller/selling agent which he obviously shouldn't have, and 1 month after full contract execution and the day before closing, he refused to sign over a fee that was on the seller side from the very beginning.
