Dr. Chang is the best. From the time I had my initial exam to the last follow up visit, I found Dr. Chang to be absolutely focused on providing me with excellent care and a resolution to my vision problems. His exams were performed with professionalism, efficiency, courtesy, and respect. As anyone with a lick of common sense knows, eye surgery is a very delicate operation and I can say from my experience that Dr. Chang's skills are irrefutable. His entire staff was great and I recommend him with my highest esteem.
