Terrified as I am of attending the dentist, I have to say that every single person I had contact with, the receptionist, the nurse and obviously the dentist WAL were absolutely brilliant at calming me down, explaining what he was going to do, countdown of ‘only another 5 minutes, you are doing really well’. I’ve been coming to Corn Market Dental Practice for the last 10 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve always had a really positive experience and made to feel a priority. The whole teams are positive and lovely. I’ve had my children here for the last year or two and they are unbelievably good with them (1 year old & 3 year old) either to be in the room with me or to start the journey of being seen. Amazing experience all round.
Ellie is so kind and gentle and doesn’t grumble at all when I ask for an old-fashioned manual clean due to very sensitive teeth! Mrs R and all the team as fantastic as ever.
Brilliant dentist I was scared after a not so good experience with a different one but here I felt so relaxed and to be honest having a tooth pulled out no one is relaxed but you are The granddaughter they were fantastic she is 4 yrs old she sat there did not say a word and let them check her teeth She loved the chicken glove and stickers Made us laugh Thank you so much
