Amazing owner, coaches, and community!
I've been coming here since 2018. I've never had such an amazing welcoming environment to get healthy in.
I have been doing CrossFit since 2016. When I found out I was pregnant in 2021, I knew I wanted to continue with CrossFit as long as I was able. The coaches at CCC, especially Steph, worked with me to find modifications for workouts that kept me challenged and safe during each trimester. They also regularly checked in with me throughout each class, educated me on exercises and stretches I could do on my own time, and empowered me to do my best in each moment. Pros + Steph, the owner + knowledgeable coaches + workouts designed with the athletes in mind + friendly members/community + pricing + parking Cons - nothing I travel for work a few months at a time. I have been to a few different gyms. You won't find a nicer community. People are friendly and encouraging. If you are dropping in for a weekend, traveling long term for work, or a local looking for a gym to make a home, Corn Country CrossFit is the place to go.
