I’d give these guys 0 stars if u could. We are financially strapped but have been paying 100-150$ every two weeks to them and today they turned my power off over 80$. I called to pay 103$ but the young lady who answered wouldn’t do anything other than ask if “ there was anything else she could do for me” I asked for her supervisor. The “supervisor” Justin’s great solution was to offer me the option either pay 135…the 80 +$50 reconnection fee OR pay the full 273 to avoid the $50 reconnection fee.
