Went to Autotech after someone hit the back of my car. They replaced my bumper and made it look as good as new! I dropped my car off in the morning and got a call in the afternoon that I could already come and pick it up! The people there are so friendly and helpful. I definitely would recommend them to anyone!

I took my car in to have simple body work done. I was told my car would be ready in 4 days, it took 7. I get a call from the shop saying my car is finished and ready for pick up. I arrive at the shop, walk inside and tell the guys I`m here to pick up my car. The guy hands me my keys and some paper work then tells me not to wax the car for 30 days, he never walked outside to show me what had been done to my car so I go out and start inspecting my car ALONE! all i can say about this place is it is awful!!! i have had nothing but trouble from them since day one. the people in the office are just plain bad at everything just to be nice about it and the woman managing the place is by far the worst. its abvious she know nothing about what she is doing and cant take a single ounce of responsibility for not doing her job. i would avoid this place untill they can find someone that knows how to do manage.
The employees were both professional and personable. I brought a couple of my daughter's cars that were seriously damaged. Her driving learning curve appeared to be a straight line. Jeff did the primary portion of the repairs, both engine and body. Each vehicle came out of the shop looking like new. I have never been so impressed and amazed by Vision Collision's attention to detail and superb work ethic. I took my 2011 Ford Escape to Collex in Woodhaven, Michigan to have extensive damage repaired from the hail storm that had come through our area on July 1st. Not only were they very fast in completing the work but, they did an amazing job!!! I would highly recommend this location to my friends and family and will surely be a return customer again should I need additoinal work done to my vehicle!!
