I can’t say enough good things about this business. They provided me with great work and service. I have an older car and when they got thru it looked like new. I worked with Chris who is very knowledgeable and kept me informed of progress along the way. Nancy at the front desk was also very helpful. If you need repair work done, don’t go anywhere else. 5 Stars.
Worst experience ever! Car was not done on time. Parts not ordered on time. Lied and said parts were on backorder but they hadn't ordered them. I can get parts quicker then they can. Had to take car back after it was supposedly done for things not being done right. Door wouldn't open, tape lines, trim loose. Still waiting on a wheel for over 6 weeks. And they want to be paid right away and the car is not complete! Poor management, poor work ethics, would not recommend them to anyone!
They are GREAT at getting you in the door, however, after care is non existent. They, the repair shop, will not stand behind their work, or lack of work. Everything becomes your fault. Thank you for restoring my faith in mechanics. Stay away from this franchise shop, they have too much overhead, and you will pay for it. Local owners or not, it is a franchise. Their goal is to get the coveted award, not customer service.
I highly recommend Collision Works. My year old car had almost $7,000 worth of hail damage. We went to Collision Works and I can't say enough good things about this business. They went over my car thoroughly and explained what they would be doing and each step they would take. Their estimate was cheaper than other body shops and they keep me updated with the progress. My family has used Coy's three times and can say that the service is very professional, courteous, and efficient. In addition, I was impressed with the efforts to stay in touch with me to know how things were going. Each time my car was ready by the time promised, or earlier. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company.
Gary and the entire crew at planet paint went above and beyond my expectations. I walked in to Planet Paint in tears after my first accident and Gary calmed me down and went over all of my options with me. They got my car done fast and it looks absolutely amazing. Williams Auto Body Shop sent pictures with the estimate to the insurance company which expedited the insurance company approval and check. The car looks like new. Williams Auto Body Shop even cleaned the inside of the car. The work was done in a very timely fashion. The employees were friendly and answered all my questions and encouraged me to just call if I needed any more help.
My son had some repairs done at your shop because that is where his insurance company sent him. Repairs were great but one of your employees had taken over $10.00 in quarters from his car. When he called to complain he was told that sometimes the cars are left unlocked outside. Really how safe or secure are your customer cars?????
I have taken more than one vehicle to this establishment for repairs. I have always received quality repairs, and courteous service. I especially appreciate that they work directly with my insurance company and handle all of the billing. There is an attached business, that is a car rental agency; if you ask them to help set up a vehicle rental that can be used while your car is being repaired, they will coordinate with the car rental company and the insurance company to help you get a rental car.
