Recently, my HVAC has been giving me issues during the summer and not cooling properly. I decided it was time to replace this old unit with a newer model. I called Corely Controls on July 2, 2015 to schedule an appointment for consultation. I was greeted with a polite tone and we made an appointment for the following Monday 7-6-15. On Monday I never received a call from Corely as promised. I called them and was told that their consultant was out sick for the day and asked if I could reschedule.
