We had a couple of problems and Chase came out and fixed all of the items. He showed up at the expected time and quickly and efficiently took care of everything.

Not an honest guy. Chase the son, quoted us on repairs on a time and material agreement. I agreed to do the digging and filling back in. Showed up at 9 am promptly. Worked until 1230 and then said he was taking off to Home Depot to get a part. 3 1/2 hrs later he comes back. Spends 1 hour finishing the job with a half hour of that laying on the ground or talking on the phone. The original agreement was $98 an hour plus materials. Time and material. When done, he tells me it's gonna be $950 because he spent more time digging. ... read more
