All you want from Corky's without the crowd! What can I say? Corky's barbecue is well known in the Memphis area, and there's a reason for it. It's great! The Collierville location is a little less travelled than the Poplar Ave. location in East Memphis, and to me...well, that's a plus! It's the same great food without the wait!
Must experience We had our rehearsal dinner here for our wedding so I am a bit partial! The food is always great and the service is fine too. I suggest getting the onion loaf as an appetizer. For the main course you can't go wrong with either the pulled pork sandwich or ribs.
