Dr. Corkum and her office manager were both very kind and professional.
I brought my daughter for assessments and everything went well until it came to getting the paper copies of the assessment. Her last appointment was February 9th, 2023 and I still haven't received anything. After calling, I was told she was on vacation after the last appointment. So I gave it another month and called again after not receiving anything. This time she eas off due to medical reasons, which I understand but I shouldn't have had to wait that long to begin with.
We seen Dr. Corkum for 4 appointments with a price tag of $1,000 each appointment starting September 2020 ending November 2020. She was wonderful, connected with my son and was really easy to speak to. However after our last appointment in November 2020 we were told that we would get all paper work in 6 weeks. In January 2021 I called the office four times over the month each time leaving a message with no call back.
