Awful practice, mismanaged . Manager never answers emails , or calls ,is unhelpful and rude,unprofessional. Receptionists let practice down as the doctors are ok. But it’s very badly run and will have to look for a doctor elsewhere, sadly they would rather lose patients than retrain or sack their awful staff. Basically these money grabbers do not care about the patient, they just want to be paid for patients on their list. Do not let them play with your health.
Phoned and got call back within 10 minutes, I was sent an online form to complete for the next morning, I then received an appointment and was seen on the same day. All staff were polite and knowledgeable, giving me good advice and care.

I was needing urgent help the other day and the practice were brilliant and prompt in seeing to me and my problem. I spoke with a lady called Catherine who was absolutely exceptional. She was kind, sympathetic and so proactive in helping me in my situation. Huge thanks to Catherine - you have helped me so much.
