I saw the negative reviews. Not sure, except perhaps they had an unqualified agent. I've had them for many years for my business and commercial properties- have always had an excellent experience with any claims. Sue Valene is my agent.
They are beyond unethical. They fraudulently switched my policies, literally had two home owners policies effective at the same time. Luckily I discovered this - if "something" had happened to the house during that time frame, either/both insurance companies could have denied any claims. If there was a 0 star option that's what I would choose - run from these guys!
They are extremely unethical. I’d give zero stars if possible.
