I have had a hospital bed from this company for about 2 months. I have been trying to get my billing info corrected so I can pay them but they will not return my calls. I have 2 times already and left voicemails. This is crazy very poor customer service.
Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE experience. Working with this company has been an absolute nightmare! It's been over two months worth of headaches and daily phone calls, and we still don't have the hospital bed. Do not use this company, you will regret it. We certainly do!
