I am doing a commercial plumbing job in Roseburg and found myself in a pinch. They stock a lot of the hard to find plumbing fittings and they took the time to let me build my system at the counter. I will absolutely be back.

Review Update for 2025: Last week Steve went out of his way to help us on an after hours 6" main break. I give him and the local team 5 stars. The 4 stars is because I still have to get most of our supplies in Eugene at HD Fowler because the corporate company seems to favor rain-bird and irrigation supplies here over water works utility stock. The brass inventory has been low for years. Would love to see a one stop shop for utilities through 6" for AC Pipe, Ductile, and PVC/ C-900 at this location. Not sure if space is a lim... read more

Great guys who are super friendly. My only knock is that they don't always have everything I need for my jobs- but obviously inventory is a decision made by higher ups.

Once you build a relationship these guys are ok. They are really our only choice in Roseburg. Give plenty of time for them to order in some of your items. Make sure they put their hands on anything the computer says they have before driving in. The guys may seem like they don't care, but they'll actually try really hard to get you what you need for your project. As far as Iconix....they didnt need to close the lobby once phase 2 reopening happened, or ever really. No one got sick from the spacing that they implemented at the... read more
