Unacceptable lack of communication and follow through. i returned a phone call re a referral to see dr T and was promised a return phone call by ray within 30-45 minutes. (mike too message grudgingly. i then called after 45 minutes and have a picture of me being on hold for over an hour! and never getting a live person!!!!! this could cause veins to pop for the patient seeking a vascular doctor! Corito Tolentino, MD treated me on March 31, 2014 at Palo Alto Medical Foundation. She performed Varicose Vein surgery on my right leg. Everything went extremely well. I had no pain, no bleeding and a couple of hours after the surgery I feel comfortable and was able to take care of myself under the supervision of my relatives.
