Very far from great!! I didn't check the reviews outside of the booking apps (lesson learned moving forward!!!), the pics on the app looked waaaaay different to the actual room and not in a good way!!!! Great location as in close to beach, good food and airport but the room was like something from a horror film. We did not feel safe. Won't be back and wouldn't recommend.

This rat castle needs to be demolished & burnt. Maybe the Victorian environmental health department need to have a visit.

Oh dear. Pros: clean towels, comfortable bed and good location to Spirit of Tasmania Ferry. Cons: filthy towel found under the bed when looking for the TV remote that didn't exist. NO hot water at all which wasn't noticed until the morning, so too late to do anything about it other than have a "Pommie Shower" with the electric kettle and a face washer. You get what you pay for I guess. Never again.

Dirty room. Opened cupboard to find cockroaches and poo on the same shelf as the dishes and cutlery . Shower dirty. Had to ask for a kettle and there was no remote control for the TV. Supplies no tea towels or dish liquid for dishes. Unfortunately disappointed.
