Extremely disappointing experience. I booked and paid for accommodation, but upon arrival the motel was closed with no staff on site and no prior notice. Despite multiple attempts, I did not receive any response or refund. This caused major inconvenience and forced me to find last-minute alternative accommodation. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before booking here or if possible just go for any other alternatives except for this motel.

This would have to be the worst place ever. We got off the boat and headed straight to the Coriolis for the night. Only to find it closed down . I've received no refund ,no email telling me it's shut . I am so disappointed. I am blaming Booking.com For this stuff up the should of informed me and given my money back

This business, does not have good business practices, booked online for the 3/03/26, arrived they said no vacancies and the booking was booked for the 03/04/26. This was immediately cancelled as that date was not wanted. Ian was on his way back the Queensland Then on the 04/04/26 we get charged for that already cancelled booking and the office person, owner? Had said they had done. Can not reach them on telephone to discuss this, so will have to go the ombudsman. Not good, and no way to run a business.

Neat & tidy but carpet requires shampoo grubby, As you would expect in an industrial area noisy to loud

Basic. Noisy. Barely acceptable level of cleanliness. Towels and bed linen was clean and fresh. Walls were dirty, door had a patched hole with sticky tape. Broken light fittings. Thankfully we only stayed there for 7 hours. Just to have some rest after a long drive from Sydney and catching the ferry in the morning.
