Excellent customer service. The guy that answered the phone was driving. He pulled over to use his laptop to answer my question and assist with a website issue that I was having. I've had to call three times since getting my storage unit for questions or tech help when I was using their website. Each time they were very nice and quickly handled my issue. Great experience. Amazing customer service, nice units. Convenient to town to run by while running errands, easy gate access, easily make all your payments online or set up auto pay. The units and parking areas are well maintained. Great people and I would definitely rent from them again.
