I had an appointment with Dr. Costellic today and my experience was terrible. I checked in online, as I was instructed when making my appointment, I had the option to either do that or come in 30 minutes early to fill out the paperwork in person. When I arrived, the receptionist, Nancy, was on the phone. I took a seat and waited for her to finish. She kept taking phone calls and never addressed me, so I eventually walked up to her. Dr. Corrine Costellic was not truthful and up front about the surgery I needed. She stated I needed a surgery that was not necessary and the procedure could have been done without surgery. Get a second opinion before allowing her to do surgery.
Dr. Costellic was very kind, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. She clearly and thoroughly explained my test results, subsequent tests that may be needed, and ultimately surgical options. Dr. Costellic responds quickly to questions, never appeared rushed when speaking to me, and empowered me during a scary time. Also, everyone in her office was wonderful. I was grateful to have such a knowledgeable and supportive team on my side. I highly recommend Dr. Costellic!
She is so caring and helped me a lot during my treatment. Also responded back so quickly whenever I sent her email or message about my situation.
