Had an adult home remedy go wrong for stopping jaw grinding at night causing an over bite meaning front teeth couldn’t pinch thin foods. Had a Referal and saw Sam and the crew for a measure up for invisalign. What was so incredibly handy is the appointments could be scheduled either early or late in the afternoon to accommodate my work schedule. The process was incredibly smooth and painless. I have been really happy with Corinna St Orthodontics. Dr Whittle engages directly with the patient (my daughter) and that makes her feel very included in her treatment. The clinical team are amazing and so lovely. I have always found the reception team to also be very polite and accommodating and also so lovely. From my very positive experience, I highly recommend Corinna St Orthodontics.
My kids had been long term patients of your clinic and I referred my new daughter in law to Dr Whittle as her appliance needs repair, her own orthodontist is not local. I checked with my dentist who said Sam would be the best equipped to fix it and could probably get an appointment quicker than with her. When my daughter in law called the receptionist had a very rude manor and told my daughter in law to see her dentist. I don’t think I will be referring anyone else to this practice and I will be letting my dentist know.
Receptionists are so rude. I dread the experience of needing to come in for appointments. Would recommend 'Orthodontics Canberra' just down the road instead! Significantly better service and pricing to get my retainer re-made.
Dr Whittle and his team are amazing! One thing that made me so happy was that Dr Whittle spoke to my daughter about what she wanted and made sure she felt included. The lovely ladies throughout the practice are caring and accommodating. Can not recommend them enough!
