The receptionist was friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the dentist Ramachandra was not as positive. They seemed quite rushed, and the way they handled the tools felt very rough and uncomfortable at times. Overall, while the front desk service was excellent, the dental treatment itself could have been much more careful and attentive.
I am writing to share my feedback regarding the Bupa Dental Group (formerly Corinna Dental Group). Since the change in management, I have observed a significant decline in professional standards and administrative reliability. After a simple cavity filling from an associate dentist (who I won’t name), I experienced ongoing tooth pain. I can’t eat on one side of my mouth and have since been told I need root canal treatment and crowns. Based on my experience, I won’t be going back and regret choosing this clinic.
I’m so glad I read the negative reviews before my first appointment. I emailed Corrina Dental Group Deakin twice over two weeks—no reply. When I finally did hear back, the response was unprofessional: no name, no apology, no explanation. I’ve cancelled my appointment. Not sure how they’re still in business with this level of service.
