Corie’s cafe is our go-to brunch spot! The staff here is so kind and attentive. The whole atmosphere feels warm, cozy and has a charm of it’s own. Except for once when they where short of a cook, the wait time is usually less than 5-10 mins. We try something different every time we visit here. Some of our favorites are their breakfast burritos, eggs benedict, Manila bowl and their French toast.
I brought my parent here from Seattle this morning. Food was good, however portion size for me was smaller than most. Ordered 3 different breakfast’s 1standard, 1french toast- (slightly over done), And-Biscuits and gravy- 3 coffees - No refills-As server didn't come back to refill till almost done with our meal. Slightly busy -However 2 wait staff and 1 buser/food runner I want say no more than 20-25 tables? A little loud but nothing Im not used too in a typical breakfast/brunch diner environment. I love this place. A simple but good menu. I’ve never had anything bad. The service is great and the owners are usually about making it a sweet feel and a place you wanna support. They also serve unsweetened matcha should you desire. A rare find! And they have lots of hot bevy options making it a delightful breakfast and brunch spot. I bring al my out of town guests here.
