I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment regarding the medical care and administrative service I received during my recent appointment with Dr. Corie Kovach. Having previously trusted this doctor , the experience during this visit was highly and very unacceptable and fell far below the standard of care I have received in past. Incredible doctor. She makes you comfortable and explains things simply.
Dr. Kovach recommended an expensive, invasive procedure (fall of 2022) for me bc of some breakthrough bleeding, which she also stated was a side effect of the hormones I had been on for a year or more (due to heavy bleeding), and I refused the test. Instead I decided to "take a break" from the hormone and lo and behold, my breakthrough bleeding stopped. I've been going to Corie Kovach for years! She's really the best at what she does! I feel so comfortable talking with her, she really listens and truly hears any of my concerns. She's direct and truly knowledgeable! I feel safe and trust her completely! I've recommended her to family and friends! The staff is amazing as well! I feel like family when I visit! If I could give them a 10, I would!! Thank you for taking such good care of me!
