Absolutely awful agency. Anytime I've had a claim they have made me deal with the corporate call center rather than doing anything to help. They take days if not weeks to return your calls. Most recently they canceled one of my policies and did not notify me until after it was canceled. When I spoke with their representative Natalie they told me it was not their policy to call someone when canceling their insurance policy, only to send a letter, a letter I suspiciously never received.
