Love the variety of classes they have to offer and especially the Pilates class Heather teaches. She does such and amazing job on teaching technique and building strength in muscles I never knew existed. Great compliment to my yoga classes
Awesome instructors who are supportive no matter your skill level. Great variety of classes that are challenging and addicting! My wife and I are hooked!
I have never been the type to workout but since joining corfit in Thompson Station I’m hooked!! I absolutely love every class I have been to. Not only are the instructors encouraging but the people there are so nice and welcoming. I never feel out of place even when I absolutely do not know what I’m doing. My husband goes as well. They have classes for any level and classes are suited for both women and men. I have never felt better. You must give it a try!
Just took the best yoga class! I love Saturday mornings at Corefit! Cheryl is awesome! The owner Cayla is so supportive. So thankful for Corefit #59 1/2 #keeping me healthy and strong!
I come here for yoga and barre classes! Yoga with Cheryl is amazing! She lets you practice at your own pace and explore variations of poses. All levels are practicing at this studio.
