I’ve tried both the Hyrox class and the obstacle course last and I cannot recommend them enough. The Hyrox class was a savage workout that I’m already looking forward to experiencing again. Despite how good the workouts are, the real win here is how welcoming the staff and patrons are. It’s rare to walk into a gym and feel comfortable and welcome but you can tell that’s a priority here.

As a person who has not been to a playground for decades, I was really intimidated at first. However, Kathy was super friendly and motivated me that I could do it. After 50 mins of workout in my first class, I felt there was an improvement already than when I first walked into the facility. Wow! I just can't believe that improvement could happen in that short amount of time. I left feeling pumped and wanted to challenge myself even further. Sooo excited to be coming back for more!!! <3
