An excellent dining experience, whether for lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is open yet inviting. Corfinio offers a varied menu with preparations that share highly creative sensibilities; melding timeless Mediterranean flavors with artful nouveau cuisine. Staff and service are excellent. Don't let the strip mall exterior deter you. This restaurant is outstanding and I've never heard anything to the contrary.
Waitress Gwen was a delight and very easy on the eyes. Rigatoni was a little undercooked but not enough to complain. Chicken Parm was delicious and plentiful. Other family members had no complaints. Pizza looked delicious but not try.
Absolutely amazing! My husband and I visited from out of town and ordered food to go after a long day. Everything was delicious! I wish we were local so we could come again and again. The sandwiches in the ciabatta bread are so delicious and their chocolate torte is to die for!
Best Ingredients in town! I've been trying to find a restaurant in Easton that serves quality ingredients. You can tell the chef truly cares and is very intentional about all the dishes on the menu. The beet salad is the best ever on this planet. Pasta is SO fresh! Shout out to Andrina as our server! She is so personable. She made us feel important and I observed her helping her other guests taking beautiful memory photos for them. Easton best restaurant in town and best restaurant in the area.
