It takes over 2.5 hours just to get a child immunisation jabs. One nurse attending to 5 Doctors. They need to work on their staffing numbers and efficiency.
I had my blood test done here, I have been putting off getting a blood test for months as I have awful anxiety with needles and I cried before she even went near me ahaha but the nurse was FANTASTIC she was so nice and talked me through the whole time and I didn’t even feel it at all! Shoutout to Niccy she’s AMAZING + the other girl I chatted to while I waited for some results ☺️
I had a telehealth consultation scheduled with Dr. Juorouwahu Egesi at 11:10 AM, but she called nearly an hour late, at 12:04 PM. Despite my professional demeanor when answering the call, Dr. Egesi didn't apologize for her tardiness and seemed intent on rushing the consultation.
