Good, competent consultation in the shop but unfortunately no follow up.
The items are good, people are nice, but when it comes to communication and getting back to you is less than 1 star
Was driving past the Mitcham store going to another bathroom place when my wife said we should look in there (at Corfield) Was attended to by Mentor. Fantastic service, very friendly, extremely helpful, full of suggestions and went out of his way to find what we were looking for. If it hadnt been for Mentor, we would not have bought there. And ongoing service has been 11/10. Highly recommend them (and Mentor)
Had been a returning client for several years. Went back last week for some shower seals which I had bought on yearly basis to replace for the shower frames I acquired from them. Trusting the staff Julie has my records, dealt before and knows what she is selling, I was given a product that doesn’t fit or match my shower screen. Driven back after 2 days for an exchange only to be told the product I am after is obsolete and this is the only seal they have which doesn’t fit causing my shower to leak.
