I was in there this morning with my mother. We were just leaving Michigan heading back to Noryh Carolina when my mom's oxygen compressor fried my cigarette lighter in my 2021 Equinox. We were almost out of battery life when O'Reilly's said it wasn't the fuse and to see Corey at the Muffler shop. He was so helpful and friendly. He explained everything and worked quickly before we ran out of battery life. He found some stronger wires and fixed it right up and wouldn't accept our money. Test drove a car here and the younger guy was extremely unprofessional and rude. Went to Complete Pipe Repair and got a way better deal on the same type of car with way less miles, less damage, and overall better quality. If it weren't for that young guy acting that way I just mightve been able to work out a deal for the car but I had to leave after being shouted at like that.
