Absolutely ridiculous service. Called and set an appointment on Tuesday at 3:52pm for Sunday (today) between noon and 2. Here it is 1:20 and have yet to see them. Called and was told no appointment was ever booked. VERY VERY Poor customer service! I guess we will call one of the large companies as this small business doesn’t stand by their word. Super unfortunate and frustrating to of wasted our time today.

update: just about a month ago, i had them clean our large circular tabriz rug. it was too hefty for me to handle, so they picked it up and dropped it off for us. it looks fantastic now, everyone who sees it can tell it's like new. great work, honest, fair and prompt. ************ it took some time for me to find a trusted company for cleaning my rugs. earl assisted me when i dropped off the rugs and nolan helped when i collected them. they were even kind enough to transport it to their facility. the 2 rugs had been left out... read more
