I recently had my carpets and tile cleaned in my home in Concord, and I’m really happy with the results! Bryce took care of all the carpets and also cleaned the tile floors throughout the house. The difference was easy to see—my grout went from dark to light, and the whole floor looked fresh and spotless. I think perhaps they outsource rug cleaning bc the reviews do not align with my experience. Had my rug picked up, charged $400 more than originally quoted, and the rug dumped back in my driveway at night, no call or anything, and it wasn’t even wrapped in plastic. Within a day it started smelling of ammonia and looks worse than before. It was a 100% wool, hand loomed rug with a few dog pee spots but nothing major.
