Always prompt and efficient
The MA was extremely personable and explained things completely. Made you feel important and that you could call if any problems. Great PR for her doctor. DR. Penrose explained things and didn't act like we were a bother. When we called for an appointment we had to call three different times to get a select health doctor to schedule us because we wre new to him. We have been lifetime IHC pt's and want to continue. Thank you Dr. Penrose. We will be back. GREAT Doctor and MA.
