They are awesome! Wonderful veterinarians and great staff. The vets go into full details of your pets conditions and treatment plans. They are extremely fair in their pricing. My cat had two days of intensive care, before turning the corner to recovery. I love the fact they are open 24 hours, seven days a week. Will absolutely use them again.
I received professional and excellent care from the time I walked through the door until I walked out! The girl who checked me in was professional. The docs assistant was professional and caring. Our sweet girl, Molly, ate coleus leaves that were poison to her system. The veterinarian doc showed compassion to our 4 lb baby girl. He was on top of the situation fast. He researched the effects of coleus and He took time to call poison control consulting with their doctors. Thanks to the entire team
They see our dog little Ruby for all her veterinary needs, including yearly exams and immunizations, illnesses, medications, and one emergency visit. We consider Ruby to be a part of our family and are particular about all aspects of her care. We have always found Western Carolina Regional Hospital to be very skilled, caring, reasonably priced and accessible. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
The staff and facility are both wonderful. They’ve always taken wonderful care of my dog, since she was a pup. Highly recommended this place for all you pet needs.
At first it was great, then not so much just wondering how many times you have to repeat yourself , regarding scheduling, The receptionist some are good some are horrible, shouldn’t be in customer service if you’re gonna talk to your clients that way. where they call you nasty names over the phone like it’s your fault , Even the office manager didn’t do anything and lied straight to my husband’s face , I don’t know why they don’t put it in the chart, you call in advance 60 to 80 days to make an appointment due to work schedu... read more
