We have two accident prone dogs… and they are consistently AMAZING. They’re so compassionate with humans and animals alike, and I always feel like our doggos are in excellent hands.
Always available everyone is friendly and helpfu. Always clean and even the animals seem relaxed.
Excellent emergency care for my 113 lb mountain cur that swallowed a disposable facial towel. I was expecting expensive exploratory surgery, but thankfully it didn’t go that way! We were seen very promptly by the wonderful vet tech Emily, and x-rays were suggested with the cost of 3 views detailed for me up front. Dr. Nott then clearly explained the x-rays to me and said since the wad of cloth was still in his stomach, she could induce vomiting and we could avoid other more invasive options. My husband and I went to Western Regional Animal hospital with our dog and the young woman at the front desk was very rude and seemed annoyed that we were there. After taking our information in an abrupt manner which took some time (and it was late at night) she finally informed me that there was a 3.5 - 4 hour wait for anyone to see me. WHAT?????? This experience was horrible. Our pom had recent knee surgery and she had a reaction to the anti-inflammatory medication. She started having bloody vomit and stool. We rushed her there and after a 4 hour wait she was admitted to their icu. THE VETS ON THE NIGHT DUTY WERE EXCELLENT AND CONTACTED US AS NEEDED TO ADVISE US. We had explained the need for no weight bearing on her right rear knee due to the recent surgery.
