Corey is the best. He knows his stuff
This training has been so great for both of my kids! Both have grown so much here—not just in athleticism, but also in confidence and mindset. The workouts are fun and challenging, with a strong focus on proper mechanics and foundational skills that directly translate to their sports. It’s been incredible to watch their progress. On top of that, the adult classes are a huge bonus—it’s awesome to be able to get in a great workout myself while they train. Highly recommend for families looking to level up together!
