I went to see Dr. Troxell for a second opinion regarding a meniscus tear in my knee, since he is an expert in the area. He is was very knowledgeable and detailed in reviewing my MRI, and provided a surgical treatment plan that would be more suitable for my condition and lifestyle.
He is a very nice doctor, he did my shoulder replacement surgery 2 yrs ago and now he's going to do my knee replacement just hope it goes good . I'm nervous about getting it done but I have no choice at this point. Cause my knee it bad. And I would recommend him to friends and family
Did not follow up with medication or MRI appointment 1 1/2 weeks after initial appointment. Several calls and messages sent with no response. No indication of x-ray taken or scheduling of MR I in patient portal.
Dr. Troxell is friendly and professional. He addressed all of my concerns and his strategies provided positive outcomes for me.
