I had an enlarged left thyroid AKA a goiter. I had a biopsy and didn’t receive a call or letter concerning my results. 6 weeks later I called only to find it was possibly cancerous. I am a leukemia survivor. Dr. Minick is well aware of this and yet showed no concern and alerting me about my possible cancer. Furthermore, there is a serious problem with Mercy because apparently all of my biopsies showed signs of cancer. My daughter has seen Dr. Mineck since she was a baby. We first saw him when our daughter was experiencing constant ear infections. After several more ear infections, Dr. Mineck thought she might benefit from ear tubes. He was able to insert a few sets of ear tubes over the years, which helped reduce the frequency of ear infections. About a year later, our daughter started getting sick again. Dr. Mineck is an Arrogant, disrespectful and rude including his nurse Amanda and the front desk Latina or African woman who didn’t provide her name. We left Perry one hour early, unfortunately the road was dangerous from a big construction (WEST MIX MASTER AREA) in addition to that it was an over turned truck blocking stopping traffic delay. We called the ENT office and asked if they can wait for us for a bit, the receptionist told us that my daughter is the last patient. I explained the situation but after she talked to the... read more
