We could not have had a better realtor/ mortgage broker. He worked so hard to find us what we were looking for even when we weren't sure what we wanted. He was easy to work with, found me a better rate than my existing mortgage company could offer, and made the switch to Scotia Bank an easy/seamless transition. Most all dealings were done online and transfer of documents were done by email and completed with e-signature, making things move quickly and smoothly. Incredibly pain-free experience. Getting a new or renewing an existing mortgage is absolutely one of the most stressful things we have to do in life. Cory was amazing through the whole process. I felt heard and he took care of literally everything from reviewing rates, to working with the new bank. He asked all the right questions, was responsive, and always checked in. Working with Cory as the expert was easy-peasy. His additional expertise as a real estate agent meant he also has an extra, very valuable perspective.
