I have been a patient of Dr. Berlin for years. Nice guy but really has no interest in Your health issues other than adding more medicine. I have struggled with diabetes for years and all he does is keep throwing various medicines at it and increasing insulin. The last time I went I was on a tight schedule and finally called me back 1:15 min past my scheduled time. Very unprofessional staff Dr. Berlin was very disrespectful to me when I complained about their neglect to respond to my request to get my wife medication her life depended on it .this clinic deserve zero stars
Long waits. Excessive testing. Lack of urgency and poor follow up. Short staffed and non responsive. Very disappointed and felt that Dr and office did not care or prioritize my health.
I had the opportunity to have Dr. Berlin as my doctor ever since I was diagnosed with diabetes back 2016. This has changed my life in more way than one. If I didn't need to move for work I would have stayed with him. if you are a diabetic and want a trustworthy doctor he is the man for you!!
